Collating

We can collate your mail shot, for example this could include a covering letter, newsletters and fliers etc, our trainees can collate in the order you require – such as putting the addressed letter at the front of the collation so that when it is inserted into a window envelope the address is showing clearly. (photo) We can collate between 2 – 10 items, they can be collated for insertion into A4, A5 or DL size (although you may struggle to get 10 items into a DL envelope!!!)

Royal Mail is currently changing their pricing structure, so that pricing is calculated on the size of the envelope you are sending out rather than the weight of the envelope, we will ensure you know the best deal for you! And the cheapest way to get your mail shot out! This could involve you using smaller envelopes and requiring Link-Up to fold your letters for you……., but if you contact Link-Up and tell us your requirements we will find the cheapest route for you.

Packing

We can pack up your goods and send them out to your customers, we currently provide this service to a local company, where we pack up to delivery notes, place an invoice in each package, label and seal the package before it is dispatched to the delivery depot of your choice.
