Franking

all post goes out with 1st or 2nd class PPI’s (postal print impressions) from Link-Up’s account with Royal Mail, alternatively if you would rather use your PPI’s and Royal Mail account, that is not a problem or you can provide us with envelopes that are preprinted with the postage.

Handing franking, provides a business look to your letters, it also takes the hassle out of going to the post office and asking for 2000 or so 35p stamps because the letters you are sending out are not under 60g the 2nd class stamp maximum weight. We will calculate the weight of your letter, fill in the postal docket book on your behalf and arrange for the mail shot to go out on the day that you request.

If you would prefer us to use Royal Mail 1st or 2nd class stamps and your mailing is not over 60g, we will go to the bother of collecting the stamps from the post office and we will stick them onto the envelope for you, and once again arrange for them to be delivered into Royal Mails hands on the day you request.

Royal Mail is changing their pricing scheme in August 2006, and we will calculate the new costs for you and the most cost effective way to send your mail shots out.
